Agreement
QuickMaths is developed and operated by EschatonLab. By using QuickMaths, you agree to these Terms of Service.
QuickMaths is a free Discord Activity and browser game. You must comply with Discord's Terms, Discord's Community Guidelines, and any applicable server rules while using it.
User Rules
You must not:
- Cheat.
- Exploit bugs.
- Automate gameplay.
- Manipulate or falsify scores.
- Interfere with the game, APIs, database, hosting, or other users.
- Spam or abuse the contact form.
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
Leaderboards
EschatonLab may remove, hide, correct, or reset leaderboard entries that appear fraudulent, abusive, exploit-based, bugged, corrupted, or harmful.
Leaderboards may be reset during development, testing, maintenance, balancing, anti-cheat work, or service changes.
Availability
QuickMaths is provided "as is" and "as available". It may contain bugs. It may change, break, be suspended, reset, or discontinued.
Online services, leaderboards, Discord integration, and contact features are not guaranteed to always be available.
Intellectual Property
The QuickMaths name, code, artwork, UI, design, and game materials are owned by EschatonLab except for third-party libraries, services, and assets owned by their respective owners.
You may play QuickMaths for personal entertainment, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or misuse project materials except where permitted by law or licence.
Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Discord, Supabase, Vercel, Phaser, and other project dependencies have their own terms, policies, and licences. Your use of those services or technologies may be subject to their separate rules.
Limitation of Liability
QuickMaths is a small free game. EschatonLab will try to operate it responsibly, but is not responsible for losses, interruptions, missing scores, leaderboard resets, bugs, service outages, or other issues arising from use of the game to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
EschatonLab may update these Terms as QuickMaths changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
