Who We Are
QuickMaths is developed and operated by EschatonLab. QuickMaths is a Discord Activity and browser game with online features such as authentication, leaderboards, scoring, contact, and technical operation.
Information QuickMaths May Process
Depending on how you use QuickMaths, the game may process:
- Discord user ID.
- Discord username, display name, and avatar where available.
- Discord guild or server ID where applicable.
- Leaderboard scores, personal bests, and ranking data.
- Gameplay and session metadata needed for scoring, leaderboards, debugging, abuse prevention, and game operation.
- Contact-form messages and verified Discord identity details included with those messages.
- Rate-limit metadata for spam and abuse prevention.
- Basic hosting, technical, and analytics data from providers such as Vercel if enabled.
QuickMaths only uses the Discord and technical data needed for the features described in this policy and does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.
How This Information Is Used
QuickMaths may use information for these purposes:
- Running the game.
- Supporting Discord authentication and Activity features.
- Operating personal, server, and global leaderboards.
- Showing scores and ranks.
- Preventing cheating, spam, abuse, or manipulation.
- Debugging and improving the game.
- Responding to contact messages.
Third-Party Services
QuickMaths uses third-party services to operate the game and its online features. These may include Discord, Supabase, Vercel, and any contact or email delivery provider used by the contact form. Those providers may process data under their own terms, policies, and technical settings.
Retention
Leaderboard data may be retained while leaderboards operate unless it is deleted by request or removed during maintenance, moderation, or a leaderboard reset. Contact messages may be retained as needed to respond to the message and prevent abuse. Technical and analytics data is retained according to the relevant provider settings.
Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You may also request removal of leaderboard entries associated with you. If you do not want further gameplay data processed, you can stop using QuickMaths.

EschatonLab can currently be contacted using the Contact form inside QuickMaths. The Contact form may be used for privacy requests, deletion or correction requests, support, and abuse reports.
Users requesting leaderboard-data deletion should include enough information to identify the relevant Discord account or leaderboard entry.
Changes to This Policy
EschatonLab may update this Privacy Policy as QuickMaths changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
